These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jj22 ("jj22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at jj22.cam ("Platform", "Website").

Creating an Account or placing a wager if you are under the applicable minimum age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

To access real-money betting and casino services on jj22, you must register a single Account using accurate, current and complete information. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts.
You must provide a valid email address, a secure password and all other registration fields as prompted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. jj22 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
jj22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address or proof of the payment method used. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You must notify jj22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended. jj22 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
All bets placed on the jj22 Platform are subject to the specific market rules published at the time of placement. The following general rules apply across all betting products:
A wager is not confirmed until you receive explicit on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction is reflected in your Account Balance. jj22 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that were opened or settled in error.
Odds are presented in decimal format by default, with fractional format available as a display option. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. jj22 makes no representation that quoted odds represent the true probability of any outcome.
Live or in-play betting markets move quickly. Once accepted and confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled. Cash-out functionality, where available, allows partial or full settlement of in-play bets at the offered cash-out value, which may be higher or lower than the original potential return.
jj22 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits and maximum winnings caps on any market, event or account. Users will be notified of applicable limits within the betting interface. Specific per-event or per-market limits take precedence over general account limits.
All promotional offers issued by jj22 are subject to individual offer terms, which will be published at the time of each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply unless specifically stated otherwise:
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 100,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility). Specific multipliers are published per offer.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Contribution rates are published in each offer's individual terms.
While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet or spin stake is subject to a cap stated in the relevant offer terms (indicatively PKR 500 per round). Placing bets above this cap while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in each offer. Expired bonuses and any pending winnings accrued through bonus play are forfeited automatically upon expiry.
Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from the Account Balance at withdrawal; the User retains net winnings above the bonus amount. Sticky bonuses remain active until wagering is complete; only net winnings are withdrawable. Each offer will clearly specify which type applies.
Bonus Abuse Policy: jj22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or collusion is identified. Bonus eligibility is determined at jj22's sole discretion. One welcome bonus per person, per household and per payment method applies.

Familiar payment channels referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned for contextual familiarity only. They do not constitute an endorsement of or partnership with jj22, and their availability is subject to change without notice. All Platform Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software code and odds data — is the exclusive property of jj22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform Content without jj22's prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks and payment provider names (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for contextual purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with jj22.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj22 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits jj22's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
jj22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:
Upon termination for breach, any remaining Account Balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated at the User's request and no breach has occurred, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method following applicable processing timelines.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj22 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law in the User's jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations in their jurisdiction — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may have independent effect. jj22 makes no representation regarding the lawfulness of participation in online gambling from Pakistan. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request Account closure.
